Riff Restaurant

Outside the historic centre, in the elegant modernist Ensanche neighbourhood the Riff Restaurant can be  found on Calle Conde Altea 18. With his meticulous, minimalist aesthetic, Bernd Knoller offers creative cuisine based on the highest quality local seasonal produce.

German by nationality, the restaurant’s chef and proprietor regards himself as 100% Valencian in spirit, and has managed to make his unusual and creative rice dishes one of the hallmarks of this restaurant. The Riff is recommended by the Phaidon Guide and endorsed by a Michelin star and two Repsol Suns.
